Medi-Future was launched in May 2006. It was chosen as the Techno Biz Company as part of Research and Business Development (R&BD) project by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy.   Medi-Future has become a major player in leading the digital X-ray market in only a very short time, drawing on its staff members' innovation and enthusiasm, and a pioneering spirit. It has succeeded in developing digital mammography units used to detect breast cancer for the general population of women in the trial for the first time in Korea. Medi-Future has been devoted to attracting new customers and gaining popular support through exhibitions and academic conferences for the medical equipment industry both held at home and abroad. Over 700 people visited the company's booth during the four days of the Korea International Medical and Hospital Equipment Show held in the COEX exhibition centre in Seoul in March. They showed a deep interest in the company's products. In addition, Medi-Future participated in the Hospitalar event held in Brazil last June, which secure a bridgehead to penetrate the Central and South American market in countries such as Brazil, Argentina, and Peru.

 Medi-Future is a company that manufactures and sells high-tech medical devices, such as BONplus - designed to assess bone age and measure bone density, while also finding a way to apply the Computer Aided Diagnosis system for the first time in the world. BONplus is based on the most advanced DR system, Digital Flat-Panel Detector, among Digital X-ray methods, and offers excellent X-ray images in comparison to other companies. Digital mammography, also called full-field digital mammography (FFDM), is a mammography system in which the x-ray film is replaced by solid-state detectors that convert xrays into electrical signals. These detectors are similar to those found in digital cameras. The electrical signals are used to produce images of the breast that can be seen on a computer screen or printed on special film similar to conventional mammograms. From the patient's point of view, digital mammography is essentially the same as the screen-film system.

  The automotive analysis system based on Computer Aided Diagnosis provides swifter and perfect examination results. The company has concentrated its efforts on raising the level of reproducibility. In addition, the safety of customers can be heightened to the maximum, as even the low exposure to X-ray makes it possible to conduct a physical examination. Medi-Future is scheduled to release a new type of digital mammography named "Brestige," which is designed to find breast abnormalities during the earlier phase to achieve the goal of taking the quality of life into a higher plane for all females worldwide. Medi-Future's Brestige is fully armed with the world's best imaging technologies and direct digital full-field mammography. In addition, the Micro Process Control technologies are instrumental in minimizing patient's pain caused by pressure. It also maximizes customers' convenience and helps patients take physical examinations in comfort. Brestige is expected to receive the approval of Korean Food and Drug Administration at the end of August this year.
