that the company will be the exclusive distributor of ’Dedicated Breast MRI System’ for the first time in domestic market.

‘The Aurora 1.5T Dedicated Breast MRI System’ to be sold this time is a dedicated breast MRI system developed 

by ‘Aurora Imaging Technology, Inc (Massachusetts, U.S.A)’, and MEDI-FUTURE, Inc. came to supply to the country initially. 

The company also drew a lot of attention in KIMES exhibit in last March.

‘The Aurora’ acquired FDA approval, available to give thorough breast examination with its 3D high resolution image 

and specialized imaging technology, not like the existing ultrasound and breast X-RAY screening.

 It particularly is useful for the follow-up of high-risk patients with family history, examination before breast plastic surgery, 

or early detection of recurrent cancer among breast cancer surgery patients etc.

 It also can reduce twice the shooting time for patients, compared to general MRI 

so has strong point of the waiting time significantly reduced.

As thorough breast examination gets important, there’s an increased demand for the dedicated breast MRI around university hospital breast care centers and breast surgeries mainly. 

More than 60 breast care centers have already introduced dedicated breast MRI systems 

along with ultrasound and mammographic, which allows them to do more systematic and professional examination.

“As the number of breast cancer patients has been increased by more than three times for the last decades., the demand for thorough examination is also getting high.
